Durable plastic toys may be washed using high-heat methods such as dishwashers, soft toys are laundered in washing machines, and other items are wiped or sprayed with non-toxic, child-safe cleaning solutions. For porous materials like board games, books, and cardboard puzzles, we follow best practices commonly used by libraries and child-focused institutions.

When additional sanitation is appropriate, we may use alcohol-based solutions, heat, or UVC light technology, always prioritizing methods that are effective and safe for children.

Toys are handled with care at every step. Our team packs toys with clean hands and follows sensible health precautions when needed to reduce the chance of spreading illness. Items are transported in containers or bags to limit exposure, and whenever possible, we use reusable and washable packaging to support sustainability.
