You don't need to be home at all. On your swap day simply leave your Good Neighbor bag with the outgoing toys on your front porch. We'll pick it up and leave your next selection in its place. Life happens — we're parents too. Just shoot us a text before your delivery window and we'll work something out. For missed pickups without notice we'll do our best to accommodate a reschedule but we may need to push your next swap back by a week depending on our route that day. When you sign up you'll fill out a short intake form telling us about your child — their age, what they love right now, what they've recently outgrown, and anything they already have at home. We use that to curate every selection personally. And as we get to know your family over time our picks only get better.

Absolutely. If there's something your child has been eyeing or a theme they're completely obsessed with right now just let us know. We can't guarantee every request but we do our best to make it happen.

No problem at all. Just let us know before your scheduled swap day and we'll push your rotation back. We'd rather your child finish loving a toy than rush the process. That's the whole point.
